What you get to do in this role:

• Manage product development activities
• Work with product management, design, support and other dev teams to create high-quality solutions
• Manage daily activities of the development team
• Solve difficult and sometimes ambiguous problems
• Manage departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing and maintaining a best-of-class engineering team
• The team is senior with many of the folks having experience of more than 10 years, so we need a manager with strong technical and inter-personal skills.

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 8+ years of total experience with technologies relevant to SN and advanced coding skills
• 3+ years of experience of managerial experience, handling other leads in the team
• Strong software design, data modelling, architectural skills
• Experience with open source tools and agile development environments
• Fluency in one or more relevant programming language (Java, C++, Ruby, Shell, JavaScript)
• An understanding of broad concepts and experience using those concepts to understand and develop solutions for problems
• Ability to execute a project based on our priorities, context, risks and desired outcomes
