Senior Blockchain Developer

As our Blockchain Engineer with AI Agent Expertise, you will be the mastermind behind AI-powered autonomous transactions on our platform. This role is all about building AI agents that act on the blockchain on behalf of our users and our operations team. Think of bots that can execute trades, balance liquidity, or optimize gas fees all on their own.

You'll wire up these agents to multiple blockchains (Ethereum, Solana, Stellar, Tron, and more) and create a network that practically runs itself. Sound wild? It is

• Build Autonomous Crypto Agents : Design and develop intelligent agents that can perform on-chain tasks without constant human input.

For example, you'll create bots that automatically move funds via smart contracts when certain conditions are met (market conditions, risk thresholds, etc. ), or that arbitrage between different payment routes to find the fastest, cheapest path. These AI agents will be the brain of our payment network, making split-second decisions to keep things running optimally.

• Optimize

On-Chain Performance : Write algorithms to optimize gas fees and transaction speeds across various blockchains. You'll use AI models to predict network congestion and choose the best times or alternative networks to execute transactions, saving costs and time. If Ethereum is busy, our system might shift transactions to Polygon or Tron in real time

• your code will make that happen.
• Integrate Multiple Blockchains : Work on connecting our platform to several blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Stellar, Tron, and any other chain that gives us an edge).

You'll handle their APIs, write cross-chain bridges, or utilize interoperability protocols. The goal is a unified, self-learning payments network that doesn't care whether a transaction is on Chain A or Chain B

• AI Blockchain R& D : This is an R& D-heavy role.

You'll be continuously experimenting with the latest in AI (from machine learning models to rule-based AIs or even leveraging generative AI for strategy) to see how we can make our system smarter. One week, you might test a reinforcement learning model to optimize how our agents allocate liquidity; another week, you might try out a new account abstraction technique to give our agents more flexibility on Ethereum. Innovation is your playground, and you'll have the freedom to explore new approaches.

• Security and Reliability from Day

One : Even though we move fast, we care deeply about trust (after all, it's people's money at stake). You'll implement rigorous security checks in the smart contracts and agent code

• think multi-signature controls, circuit breakers for risky operations, and thorough testing of all automation.

You'll also help set up monitoring so that if an AI agent ever goes rogue or something unexpected happens, we catch it and fix it fast. Our system should be not just smart, but also bulletproof and dependable. Requirements :

• Blockchain Savvy : You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience with blockchain development
• you've written and deployed smart contracts, maybe built dApps or even your own blockchain tools.

Solidity, Rust, Move

• whatever the language, you can pick it up.

You understand how transactions work at a low level, how to optimize gas, and the gotchas of different chains.

• AI/Automation Enthusiast : You've dabbled in AI or automation before.

Maybe you built a trading bot or scripted an AI to automate tasks. You don't need to be a data scientist per se, but you're comfortable with concepts like training models, using AI frameworks, or at least integrating with AI APIs. Most importantly, you're excited about how AI can make decisions, and you can translate that excitement into code.

Problem Solver : This role isn't siloed to just writing smart contracts or just Python scripts

You might be spinning up a microservice in Node/Go to orchestrate agents, crafting a smart contract, or analyzing data from a blockchain indexer. You love jumping between different technologies and connecting all the dots.
