Job Position: Brand & Content Strategist

Role Summary

Skysecure is building India's most advanced AI-driven MSP, and we are hiring a Brand & Content Strategist with 4–5 years of experience to bring our brand vision to life. This role works closely with leadership and the creative team to convert high-level brand and messaging direction into structured, high-quality content and consistent visual communication. The strategist will manage brand identity execution, oversee creative production, and ensure all content aligns with Skysecure's strategic narrative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enforce Skysecure's brand identity across all content formats and communication channels.
  • Translate founder-level messaging and strategy into structured content plans, formats, and execution frameworks.
  • Develop detailed briefs for creative teams including designers, video editors, and motion artists.
  • Manage the creative production workflow, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Work with leadership to break down complex messaging into digestible content structures.
  • Create and maintain monthly content calendars, campaign deliverable plans, and internal documentation.
  • Review creative assets and scripts for brand consistency, narrative clarity, and quality.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and communication patterns to inform content direction.
  • Identify new content formats and storytelling opportunities that enhance brand presence and recall.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract insights, information, and product updates for content planning.
  • Support campaign execution by converting strategy into deliverables and managing production timelines.
  • Ensure content output across video, carousel, static, and short-form formats reflects brand tone and identity.
  • Maintain trackers, SOPs, and workflow documentation for smooth content operations.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • 4–5 years of experience in brand strategy, content strategy, or creative strategy roles.
  • Strong command over brand systems including tone, visual identity, and communication style.
  • Ability to structure content clearly based on high-level direction.
  • Experience managing creative teams and production timelines.
  • Strong research skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Understanding of video-first and AI-enabled content workflows.
  • Proficiency with content planning frameworks and organizational tools.
  • High attention to detail and strong editorial judgment.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Tools & Platforms

  • Experience with planning tools (Google Sheets, Notion, Asana).
  • Basic familiarity with Figma/Canva for reviewing designs.
  • Understanding of tools like Synthesia, Runway, and similar AI-first creative tools.
  • Competency in using research, analytics, and social listening tools.

Experience Requirements

  • 4–5 years in content or brand strategy roles, preferably within technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or digital-first organizations.
  • Experience collaborating with design and video teams is essential.
