Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and authoring tools is an asset.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
