Function Description:
UK Merchant Servicing is all about interacting with Merchants who manage all aspects of Merchant business with American Express. You will be the first point of contact for the Merchants and aim to give end to end Merchants a seamless experience via chat channel.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding service in every interaction and leaving a lasting positive impression by utilizing our Relationship Care servicing ethos.
- Maintaining the financial integrity of all accounts.
- Deliver to all the key metrics as per organizational goals
- Adhere to Quality and Compliance Guidelines
- Adaptable & Customer Centric Approach to situations to deliver superior service personalization & Empathy in Communication.
- Able to address 2 conversations simultaneously
Minimum Qualifications:
- Typing Speed (30 Words/Minute) with 95%25 accuracy
- Quick Navigation Ability, Web Savvy, Basic Troubleshooting Knowledge Multitasking: Ability to Toggle Between Screens/Tools
- Demonstrate personal excellence by remaining positive in difficult situations.
- Display a passion to serve by delivering extraordinary service in every interaction with our customers.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as multitask and re-prioritize on a regular basis.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Colleagues with Chat. Merchant Servicing & Commercial would be preferred
