  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, duration, and benefits.
  • Maintain detailed records of all calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Counsel and guide interested candidates toward appropriate training programs based on their interests and eligibility.
  • Follow up with potential leads through calls, messages, or emails to convert them into enrollments.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets.
  • Coordinate with the admissions, marketing, and placement teams for seamless candidate onboarding.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns or outreach activities when required.
  • Provide feedback from calls to improve program content and marketing strategies.
