Role summary
Pilot our assessments before launch. You'll complete tasks as a learner, surface issues, and provide structured feedback to improve clarity, difficulty, and fairness.
What you'll do
- Attempt assessments end-to-end (quizzes, labs, projects) under guided conditions.
- Log defects, ambiguities, timing issues, and environment/setup friction.
- Rate clarity, difficulty, and alignment to stated outcomes; propose fixes.
- Validate scoring rubrics and sample solutions; check data and instructions.
- Participate in quick feedback cycles and calibration sessions.
Minimum qualifications
- One to three years hands-on in Data Analytics (SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools, basic Python/R).
- Strong English communication; detail-oriented and reliable.
- Comfort with remote testing tools, screen capture, and bug tracking.
Nice to have
- Exposure to A/B testing or usability testing.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Jupyter, BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift, Tableau/Power BI/Looker.
Deliverables & cadence
- Complete assigned assessments; submit feedback forms and annotated screenshots within 24–48 hours.
- Join brief debrief calls; retest after fixes as needed.
Success metrics
- Completeness and clarity of reports; defect detection rate; turnaround time; retest verification quality.
Compensation & term
- Per-test or hourly stipend; volume varies by release cycle.
- Rolling engagement; join our standing Beta Tester panel.
