We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk professional to join our team at Hilton. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and issue resolution.
- Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems and software is preferred.
