Role & Responsibilities
Drive vehicle adoption and footfall at 1C charging stations.
Engage with drivers, fleet operators, and EV owners, collect data, and onboard them to the 1C app.
Build partnerships with fleets, RWAs, malls, hospitals, and businesses to expand usage.
Execute local campaigns, events, and promotions to increase visibility.
Support brand building through content, case studies, and customer success stories.
Track station usage, adoption metrics, and competitor activities, sharing insights with the central team.
Collaborate with product/marketing teams to refine positioning and growth strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
13 years experience in field marketing, sales, or business development.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with on-ground fieldwork and basic digital marketing.
Prior exposure to EV, mobility, or clean tech is a plus.
