Role Overview

As a
Senior
Game Master
, you are the storyteller, performer, and guide who brings the Breakout experience to life. From welcoming guests with warmth to immersing them in thrilling narratives and ensuring seamless gameplay, you'll make sure every guest leaves saying:
"That was amazing"

Key Responsibilities

  • Host with Energy
    – Greet, brief, and excite players before the game.
  • Control the Gameplay
    – Monitor teams via camera/audio, guide with hints, and maintain immersion.
  • Keep the Magic Alive
    – Reset rooms, maintain props, and ensure flawless game quality.
  • Be the Storyteller
    – Deliver engaging narratives that set the scene.
  • Deliver Guest Delight
    – Handle queries, collect feedback, and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Support Events
    – Assist during birthdays, corporate outings, and special events.

  • Quick thinker with good problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
  • Bonus: Background in theatre, hospitality, or customer service

Compensation

Training Period:
₹20,000/month (Fixed)

Post-Training CTC:
₹3,60,000 per annum
(on completion of training KPIs & role assumption)

Additional:
Performance-based variable pay
