Role description

We are seeking a skilled contingent resource to support a strategic initiative focused on migrating privileged access accounts across environments. The role involves close collaboration with Service Delivery and Application Development teams to ensure secure, accurate, and timely migration of accounts using Delinea from ERPM (Password Access Management tools).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute the migration of privileged accounts from legacy systems to Delinea.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery and App Dev teams to plan and validate account migrations.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of migrated accounts through validation and reconciliation processes.
  • Document migration steps, issues, and resolutions in ServiceNow.
  • Provide regular status updates and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support post-migration testing and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Delinea (formerly Thycotic) or similar PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
  • Strong understanding of privileged access management, account lifecycle, and security best practices.
  • Experience coordinating technical migrations in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for tracking tasks, incidents, and change requests.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance).
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud IAM integrations.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
