BodhiTree Little Maestros is Pune's first
music-centric preschool of truly international standards
, created by the team behind BodhiTree School of Music. Rooted in the
Reggio Emilia philosophy
and play-based, research-backed learning, our preschool nurtures children (ages 2–6) in language, numeracy, science, and music — treating music as a natural language of learning.

Role: Preschool Teacher (Full-time)

Magarpatta, Hadapsar, Pune

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a
    nurturing, joyful, and safe environment
    for children.
  • Integrate
    music and creative arts
    into daily learning experiences.
  • Facilitate child-led exploration through the
    Reggio Emilia approach
    .
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in
    language, numeracy, science, and social skills
    .
  • Collaborate with other teachers, assistants, and the leadership team to design engaging projects.
  • Observe, assess, and document children's progress.
  • Engage with parents as partners in their child's learning journey.
  • Contribute to school events, concerts, and community activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Early Childhood Education / Education / Psychology
    (preferred).
  • Montessori / Reggio Emilia / Early Childhood certification is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills
    ; knowledge of Hindi/Marathi an advantage.
  • Passion for working with young children and nurturing their creativity.
  • Ability to design
    play-based, child-centered learning experiences
    .
  • Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest or background in
    music / performing arts
    is highly desirable.
