About the Role

We're looking for a senior, performance-focused Marketing Manager (Meta Expert) to lead and scale all paid marketing initiatives for our U.S.-based solar brand portfolio.

As the marketing leader, you'll own strategy, execution, and optimization across all paid channels — with a primary focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You'll manage a high-performing team of media buyers, designers, content creators, and reputation managers to deliver measurable growth and consistent lead generation results.

This role is ideal for someone who's data-driven, creative, and hands-on — a marketer who doesn't just delegate but dives deep into performance and strategy.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the entire paid marketing strategy across Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Supervise and mentor a cross-functional marketing team of 5+ (media buyers, designers, content, and community).
  • Develop, execute, and scale lead generation campaigns targeting U.S. solar markets.
  • Design and optimize ad funnels, creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages for maximum ROI.
  • Oversee daily ad spend, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion tracking across multiple campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to align marketing objectives with business KPIs.
  • Build, maintain, and present performance dashboards and reports for executive review.
  • Drive continuous creative testing — new hooks, ad angles, offers, and messaging strategies.
  • Guide and train media buyers to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance consistency.
  • Work hand-in-hand with content and design teams to ensure data-backed creative execution.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Demonstrated success managing $50K–$200K+ monthly ad budgets.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Pixel implementation, UTM tracking, Custom/Lookalike Audiences, and Conversion API.
  • Strong background in performance marketing and lead generation for U.S. markets.
  • Proficient in data analysis, campaign reporting, and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
  • Bonus: Experience in the solar, energy, or home improvement lead-generation sectors.

  • Achieving or exceeding CPL targets across campaigns.
  • Weekly improvements in ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, conversion rate).
  • Maintaining lead-to-sale quality ratios within company goals.
