Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Senior Social Media Executive with comprehensive experience in both organic and paid social media marketing. The ideal candidate must have 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing brand presence, content strategy, community engagement, and running paid promotions across platforms like Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.

This role requires a balance of creative thinking, performance understanding, campaign execution, content planning, and data-driven decision making. The candidate will work closely with designers, content teams, and performance teams while also contributing to campaign strategies, audience planning, paid ads optimization, and creative brief development.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to guide junior team members and handle client communication where needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing with a mix of both organic and paid campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, reels, storytelling, trend mapping, and creative ideation.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and boosting/paid campaigns for engagement, reach, and lead generation.
  • Ability to create content calendars, campaign plans, captions, scripts, and creative briefs aligned with brand goals.
  • Skilled in interpreting analytics from Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, and other reporting tools.
  • Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Notion, Canva, etc.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation, interest targeting, remarketing, and basic paid optimization methods.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Capable of mentoring and guiding junior social media team members.
  • Updated with platform updates, new features, creative best practices, and campaign trends.
