CoinFantasy is seeking a skilled AI Developer/Engineer with a strong background in AI and machine learning to support both protocol development and the creation of AI-powered use cases on a decentralised network. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge decentralised AI solutions that incorporate dynamic node orchestration, layer-wise model sharding, and secure P2P communication. Job Responsibilities :

  • Implement and optimise AI models on a decentralised infrastructure
  • Design, train, and fine-tune deep learning models for diverse AI applications.
  • Build algorithms for dynamic node orchestration, resource allocation, and swarm intelligence-based task distribution across heterogeneous nodes.
  • Develop secure P2P communication channels for efficient, safe task handling across the network.
  • Build and implement efficient pipelines for deploying models in decentralised systems, focusing on resilience and low latency.
  • Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) to streamline model deployment on diverse node types.
  • Optimise model sharding and inference capabilities for decentralised workflows, ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive full-precision computing and heterogeneous resource optimization.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in AI development, machine learning, and distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in Python, Golang, machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and familiarity with distributed computing tools.
  • Prior experience in decentralised, web3, and P2P technologies is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen interest in deploying AI for real-world use cases.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for emerging technologies and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
