Process Trainer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs focused on retail processes, operations, and customer service standards
• Conduct onboarding sessions and continuous learning programs for new and existing staff
• Standardize and document retail operating procedures across all stores
• Evaluate employee performance post-training and identify improvement areas
• Support the implementation of new retail systems, technologies, and process updates
• Collaborate with store managers and HR to ensure training aligns with business goals
• Prepare training materials, reports, and performance dashboards

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience as a Retail Trainer or Process Trainer in the retail domain
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales processes, and customer engagement techniques
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and process documentation
