Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Planning & Client Servicing Executive based in Kolkata. The primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, understanding their business objectives, and providing tailored solutions. The role involves creating compelling presentations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth account management and client interactions. The Executive will also serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring the successful execution of projects and client satisfaction.

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 1 year or less, enthusiastic to learn, a must

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management
  • Proficiency in creating impactful Presentations
  • Good Customer Service and communication abilities with understanding, interpreting Brand briefs & guidelines, with follow-ups on approvals, and implementing feedback.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and
    being able to communicate the Brand requirements with the creative team efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Experience in the marketing or creative industry is a plus
  • On- toes to coordinate with design, content, and production teams & follow-ups on deliverables, meeting deadlines on projects.

Creative & Technical Tools

  • Basic to intermediate Canva skills (simple designs, resizing, layouts)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with basic AI tools for research, writing, and ideation
