About the Role:

We are looking for a
Social Media Executive – Client Servicing
who will act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, strong client communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client requirements, campaigns, and objectives.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
