Create first patterns for various types of dress(formal/casualshirts, Kurti) using CAD software (GEMINI / OPTITEX)
Interpret technical sketches, spec sheets, and measurements to develop accurate base patterns.
Convert manual patterns into digital format and ensure pattern standardization.
Perform grading of shirt patterns as per standard or customer-specific size charts.
Ensure patterns are production-ready with correct seam allowances, notches, grainlines, and labeling.
Should close the pattern work on the stipulated date.
