Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare investment memorandums and business proposals for domestic and international financial institutions.
  • Conduct financial feasibility studies for capital expenditure projects.
  • Draft banking debt proposals including non-fund-based credit limits, export-import credit, and packing credit.
  • Manage export documentation including bill of lading and clearance procedures.
  • Assist in developing financial proposals and strategies for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Analyze project-wise cash flows and management accounts.
  • Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports as per Indian Accounting Standards.
  • Support banking reconciliation and review accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of banking instruments, capital markets, and export finance.
  • Experience with financial modeling and reporting.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
