About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Video Editor
to join our team. You will be responsible for editing, enhancing, and delivering high-quality video content for corporate, marketing, and event-related projects. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling, has a strong visual sense, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit raw footage into polished videos for events, promotional campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
  • Add graphics, animations, text overlays, and sound effects to enhance video output.
  • Work closely with the creative, design, and marketing teams to understand project goals and timelines.
  • Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.
  • Organize and manage video files, maintaining proper archiving and backup processes.
  • Adapt content into multiple formats for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, event screens, etc.).
  • Assist with basic color correction, audio balancing, and motion graphics.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, editing techniques, and new tools.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of professional video editing experience (internships/freelance work can be considered).
  • Proficiency in editing software such as
    Adobe Premiere Pro
    ,
    Final Cut Pro
    , and
    After Effects
    (motion graphics experience is a plus).
  • Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
  • Basic knowledge of sound design and color correction.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • A portfolio or showreel demonstrating your editing skills is
    mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in editing event coverage, corporate videos, and promotional content.
  • Familiarity with DSLR/Mirrorless camera formats and basic video shooting is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of social media video trends and formats.
