Role:
You will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into engaging, user-centric designs that elevate digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User-Centric Design:

  • Design intuitive, aesthetically appealing, and user-friendly interfaces.

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

  • User Research & Testing:

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance design effectiveness.

  • Analyze user behavior and iterate designs for continuous improvement.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure seamless design implementation.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align branding and visual consistency.

  • Design Systems & Guidelines:

  • Establish and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.

  • Ensure consistency and scalability across all digital platforms.
  • Ensure consistent visual branding across platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional components.
  • Gather and implement user feedback.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–7 years in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with and modern frontend frameworks is a plus.
  • User research and wireframing
  • Prototyping and usability testing

  • Responsive design principles

  • Design Expertise:

  • Expertise in user flows, journey mapping, and interaction design.

  • Experience with design systems and component libraries.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
