Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Bengaluru. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budget preparation. The role will also involve maintaining compliance with financial regulations, conducting audits, and preparing tax returns. The Senior Accountant will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budget preparation
  • Experience with financial compliance, conducting audits, and preparing tax returns
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the tech industry is advantageous
