About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Analyst to evaluate, design, and improve business processes across the organisation. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams, map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and support automation or optimisation initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse end-to-end business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and data analysis to capture business requirements.
• Create process documentation including AS-IS/TO-BE process maps, SOPs, workflows, and business rules.
• Evaluate process performance using KPIs, metrics, and dashboards.
• Work closely with technology, operations, and business teams to design streamlined processes.
• Support implementation of automation, digital tools, or system enhancements.
• Conduct impact assessments, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Assist in change management, user training, and process rollouts.
• Ensure processes comply with organisational policies, regulatory and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or Agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 37 years of experience as a Process Analyst / Business Analyst / Continuous Improvement Analyst.
• Strong expertise in business process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS, BPMN tools).
• Experience with process improvement or automation initiatives (RPA, workflow automation, ERP/CRM changes).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Preferably certified in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or equivalent (nice to have).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in (Industry e.g., Telecom, BFSI, IT Services, Logistics).
• Exposure to data analysis, dashboards, and reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Business / Information Technology or related field.
• Certifications in process excellence or business analysis desirable.
