We're looking for a
Revit Specialist
who will be the backbone of our technical drawings, BIM models, and documentation—turning design intent into execution-ready precision.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing
    detailed Revit models, construction drawings, and design documentation
  • Setting up and maintaining
    Revit standards, templates, and workflows
    for the team
  • Coordinating with
    senior designers
    to translate concepts into technical deliverables
  • Supporting
    BOQs, quantity take-offs, and vendor documentation
    using Revit
  • Collaborating with
    project managers and site teams
    for design execution
  • Ensuring all drawings follow
    accuracy, consistency, and industry standards

Apply only if you:

  • Have
    2–4 years of hands-on Revit experience
    (residential design background preferred)
  • Are confident in
    creating complete sets of drawings independently in Revit
  • Understand
    construction detailing & luxury residential standards
  • Are fluent in
    English
    (for coordination with clients, vendors & team)
  • Can
    train & guide junior designers
    on Revit best practices (a plus)
