Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Pattern Master with strong technical and creative skills to develop accurate garment patterns for our ladies and maternity wear collections. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for fit, comfort, and style.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop patterns for ladies and maternity garments as per design specifications.
• Modify and adjust patterns based on fitting sessions and production feedback.
• Work closely with the design and sampling teams to ensure accurate pattern making.
• Ensure proper grading, cutting, and stitching specifications are followed.
• Maintain records of all patterns and samples for future reference.
• Check garment fitting and measurements to maintain brand standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pattern Master in the garment or fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of pattern drafting, grading, and garment construction.
• Ability to work on both manual and CAD systems (if applicable).
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
