• ands on experience of Revit Structures software, Revit families and AutoCAD.

• odelling Concrete and Steel elements in Revit Structures software. Knowledge of wood structures and wood construction will be added advantage.

• ood working knowledge of Revit Structures with ability to use all standard functions within Revit Structures, Parametric Families creation.

• xperience of Reinforcement drawing and rebar detailing.

• xperience of working on several sized projects, as the sole CAD/BIM support and as part of a wider CAD/BIM team

• ood understanding of the role of consultant engineers and how to support this, Clear understanding of industry standards

• esponsible for Revit and CAD standards, implementation, and enforcement, Create Revit families in response to project requirements

• reate work sets, work-sharing methodologies in Revit Models, Project delivery responsibility on agreed schedules

• reation and maintenance of the software template files to assure standards, automate routines to support standards and productivity

• rovide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all drawings produced

• ssist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards

• roduce work to specified WSP in India CAD standards, suggest revisions to standards as appropriate
