Role & responsibilities

1. Production Supervision

2. Plan and execute daily production as per schedule.

3. Allocate manpower and monitor machine operation.

4. Ensure optimum utilization of press machines and molds.

5. Process & Quality Control

6. Monitor molding parameters (temperature, pressure, curing time).

7. Ensure products meet quality specifications.

8. Coordinate with quality team for in-process inspection.

9. Workforce Management

10. Guide operators and helpers in operating molding machines.

11. Train workers in safe work practices and standard operating procedures.

12. Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity.

13. Maintenance & Safety

14. Report machine breakdowns to maintenance team.

15. Ensure cleaning, lubrication, and proper upkeep of machines.

16. Enforce safety rules, PPE usage, and housekeeping in the molding area.

17. Documentation & Reporting

18. Maintain production logs, rejection reports, and downtime records.

19. Update daily production reports for management review.
20. Support audits with process records.

Preferred candidate profile

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Rubber Technology preferred
• 36 years of experience in compression rubber molding
