Key responsibilities

  • Sales and lead generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads through various methods, and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
  • Product promotion: Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase products or services.
  • Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close deals favorably for both parties.
  • Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify new selling possibilities and monitor competitor activities.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on sales activities, customer needs, and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Travel: Travel to client locations for meetings and presentations.

Required qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in field sales or a similar sales role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills are also crucial.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is often required.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is frequently preferred.
  • Other: Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹25,000.00 per month
