Field Sales Executive

Key responsibilities
- Sales and lead generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads through various methods, and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
- Product promotion: Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase products or services.
- Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close deals favorably for both parties.
- Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify new selling possibilities and monitor competitor activities.
- Reporting: Generate reports on sales activities, customer needs, and market trends to inform strategy.
- Travel: Travel to client locations for meetings and presentations.
Required qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in field sales or a similar sales role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills are also crucial.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is often required.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is frequently preferred.
- Other: Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities.
