Job Description:

Performs techno-functional responsibilities in Workday Adaptive Planning to support IT-driven financial planning, analysis, and forecasting processes. This role bridges technical configuration and functional FP&A expertise, ensuring that Adaptive solutions meet business requirements and optimize financial operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, configuring, and maintaining Workday Adaptive Planning models, dashboards, reports, and integrations to support FP&A workflows.
  • Analyzing and translating business requirements into scalable Adaptive Planning solutions.
  • Developing, testing, debugging, and implementing enhancements to Adaptive Planning applications to improve financial reporting and forecasting capabilities.
  • Managing integrations between Adaptive Planning and ERP systems (Workday Financials), ensuring accurate and timely data flow.
  • Partnering with finance stakeholders to optimize planning processes, budget models, and scenario analyses.
  • Conducting system audits, data validations, and troubleshooting to maintain data integrity and performance.
  • Planning, designing, and executing projects to enhance financial systems architecture, with a focus on Adaptive Planning scalability and automation.
  • Supporting operational and strategic decision-making through the creation of advanced reporting and analytics.
