Role of Senior
Software Engineer (.NET) - We are
a high growth product company with a young team creating phenomenal social
impact using technology. As a Senior Software Engineer (SSE), you would lead a
team of SEs and would be responsible for managing end to end delivery of
individual modules including design and architecture.

Role of Software
Engineer (.NET) - As a Software
Engineer (SE), your role would primarily focus around strengthening the product
by building and adding new features on the platform which would improve
existing product offering for companies, colleges and students to interact.

This
is a unique opportunity to use all your creative and technical talents to mould
an exciting web based interactive platform. The positions will be based out of
Gurgaon. The role requirements are mentioned below.

Primary
Responsibilities

  • .NET programming to build a world class product
    which is scalable and secure (to be used by millions of users)
  • Responsible for designing and appropriately
    structuring the code, developing modules, testing and productionalizing the
    modules
  • Ownership of  the delivery of modules
  • Develop product release plans (based on business
    need & in alignment with product strategy) and ensure delivery as per
    release plan
  • Deliver product releases in rapid iterations;
    Manage risks, dependencies, quality issues, delivery and integration timelines
  • Contribute individually as well as manage a team
    of SEs (applicable in the case of SSE)

Experience

  • 1-3 years (for SE) and 4-6 years (for SSE) strong
    experience in .NET, SQL, Java Script and HTML
  • Should have necessarily worked in a product
    company
  • Strong programming and web development expertise
    in .NET
  • Experienced in handling end to end modules /
    client delivery independently
  • Should have managed  a team of SEs (applicable in the case of SSE)

Compensation

Compensation
ranges between INR 7 lpa to INR 18 lpa depending on experience and skills
