Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage all accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support the management in strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including cash, bank, journal entries, purchase & sales records.
- Handle branch-wise accounts consolidation and monthly closing.
- Prepare financial statements, P&L reports, and MIS for management.
- Supervise billing, voucher verification, and stock reconciliation.
- Manage statutory compliance: GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other returns.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Monitor credit control, debtor follow-up, and collection reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Lead and guide the accounts team to maintain strong internal controls.
- MIS Reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.
- Minimum 58 years of experience in Accounts — Jewellery / Retail sector preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / accounting software.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory regulations.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work under deadlines.
