Overall control and maintain, supervise the Engineering staff as per the standards set by the Engineering Dept .and at all times follow the standard Operating procedures provided

Duties to be performed

  • Ensure that the daily operations are carried out efficiently and smoothly at all times.
  • To ensure that the quality and service comply with established standard At all times.
  • Prepare works pending form various department to discuss at Morning brief.
  • Administrative work, including D.H meetings.
  • Determine cleanliness by inspection of engineering areas, workshop, , chiller area panel areas ensure that all the areas are clean and tidy at all time.
  • Communicate and liaise with the all staff to ensure that all

All the works allocated to them are done on time.

Implement the training general skill workshop at least 4 topics per month.

  • Assist the HOD for other work if necessary.
  • Willing to work by his own hands as per the need.
  • To coordinate with HOD to follow up daily work if required.
  • Fire team member.
  • Trains to all engineering staff How to work safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinates with purchase Dept. for getting things.
  • Co-ordinate with the contactors and supervise the work.
  • Supervise the AMC vendor when they are doing the AMC work
  • Keep track of the PM Schedules and forcefully implement the same and record it in the sheet.
  • Coordinate with the outlet managers for work to be done at the outlets and keep a update on the same.
  • Well hands on equipments :- Rotary Ovens/ Electrical ovens, Planetary mixers, Cold rooms , ETP , DG , Compressor, APFC , HVAC system, Dough sheeters, proving chambers etc
