A. Training and Employee involvement:

1. Conduct safety Induction program for all new entrants and continuous training programs for all employees working in the plant.

2. Conduct Mock drills on Emergency situations

6. Ensure safety communication arrangements through Displays, Safety Signs, In House Magazines, Safety Literature, Annual Plant Safety Performance Report etc.

7. Involvement in safety goal/target setting, Improvement project, Safety Suggestion Scheme, Safety Promotional activities etc.

8. Maintain training and competency level required to manage and maintain equipment and perform testing per the appropriate standards and procedures

9. Safety Audits and Inspections

10. Ensure statutory inspection for all lifting tools& tackles and pressure vessels through third party.

11. Conduct non statutory inspections for the plant

12. Comply ESS and GRC portal

13. Participation in safety audits and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for points of safety audits

14. Involvement in the process of hazard identification and risk assessment

15. Conduct Job safety analysis for construction activities

16. Involvement in statutory assessment of contractor from safety point of view

17. Controlling contractors through regular monitoring, reward & penalty system and performance review of Contractor

18. Inspect all safety equipment and maintain them in good manner

19. Safety and fire Control system

20. Ensure good health of safety guards, safety interlocks, hand tools and power tools in the plant

21. Ensure 100% compliance with work permit system and safe isolation procedure

22. Study and control hazardous substances in the plant

43. Process Safety Management

44. Ensure to sets and enforces the legal and technical requirements for PSM.

45. Ensure to provide guidance and support for the implementation and improvement of PSM.

46. Support in inspections, audits, and investigations to verify the compliance and performance of the organization.

47. Inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential risks.

48. Works with corporate safety and refining technical groups to develop goals, standards, policies, work practices and expectations regarding corporate process safety management (PSM) program.

49. Be responsible for the ownership for execution of projects and action items related PSM.

50. Ensure all changes to processes are controlled through Management of Change and Pre-Startup Safety Review procedures

51. Behavior Base Safety (BBS)

52. Ensure to focus attention on workers' behavior as the cause of most work-related

injuries and illnesses.
