We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tele Counsellor to join our team at Skinfinity Derma Clinic in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the medical field, preferably in dermatology or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on skin care and dermatological treatments.
  • Conduct tele-counselling sessions with patients to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for various skin conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in dermatology.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical field, preferably in dermatology or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of skin care and dermatological treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
