About the role

We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer for our Ads Platform team in Bangalore, India as we scale the team for the next phase of growth. Join the Ads Platform team at Rippling and become a vital part of our engineering organization. Collaborating closely with our marketing and product teams, you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge infrastructure that delivers highly relevant content in the form of ads and emails to precisely targeted audiences. By maximizing buying opportunities, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring an exceptional user experience.

What you will do
  • Build core components of Ripplings Ads Platform, powering in-product cross-sell and product-led growth through tools like campaign management, audience targeting, and performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate product requirements into well-designed, intuitive user experiences.
  • Contribute to technical design discussions, write clean, maintainable code, and participate in code reviews to uphold a high engineering standard.
  • Take ownership of medium-to-large projects and drive them to completion with guidance from senior engineers and tech leads.
What you will need
  • 3 years of experience in front-end engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of JS fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (especially ES6 ), React, HTML, and CSS, and unit and integration testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with creating engaging and scalable interfaces within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable in an environment that encourages autonomy and innovation to devise creative frontend solutions.
  • Bonus point: experience in Ads / Growth domain.
