Role & responsibilities


•Lead the end-to-end design of complex applications, microservices, and integrations

•Serve as the go-to expert for best practices, promoting clean code, test automation, and DevOps

•Coach and mentor senior and mid-level engineers, fostering continuous learning and knowledge sharing

•Partner with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions

•Contribute to technology roadmaps, capacity planning, and long-term vision

•Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in AI and cloud computing, to drive best practices within the team

•Contribute to technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design patterns, and implementation guides

•Define coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and drive refactoring initiatives.

•Leverage Generative AI technologies to enhance software capabilities and drive innovation within the development team

Preferred candidate profile

Must Have Skills Full Stack Developer-Dot Net,React,AWS/Azure,SQL server,Oracle,Node js,design principles

Preferred Skills: C++,Delphi

Product/GCC/Service/Fintech: Any industry
