Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and impactful visual content for social media, packaging, flyers, and print materials. The candidate must also coordinate with the sales and purchase teams to develop attractive and functional packaging designs in line with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create packaging designs for products in coordination with sales and purchase teams.
  • Develop marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, banners, posters, and print ads.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, brand-compliant, and ready for printing or digital use.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand product features and translate them into creative designs.
  • Maintain and update design assets, templates, and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure quality and accuracy of final printed materials.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a Graphic Designer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and specifications.
  • Strong creative and visual skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in product packaging design is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
