Role & responsibilities

We are hiring for Engineer - Sales Coordination in MNC Company

Location - Chennai

Experience - 4 to 8 Years

Education - Dip/BE Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics

working Day - 5 Days working (Sat, Sun off)

Opening for only female candidate

Job Responsibility -

1. Production / Spare order processing in SAP for assembly plant by checking all incoming orders & coordination with sales and Germany.

2. Sending order acknowledgement to all sales Offices within target time frame( System Driven) after Techno commercial check.

3. Processing fully built / Spare orders for High Sea Sale ( Euro Orders), Import orders to GBN / NCS.

4. To double check all specifications of project orders and confirm with customer and sales managers.

5. Customer Master creation (Finance activities)

Sales Order Release Z040 to NDI production, Germany, China & Italy. Etc. based on Sales order

6. Getting clarification for discrepancies in the customer order (If any) / in OC from branch offices

7. Handling interplant assembly orders and export customer orders.

8. Organizing urgent delivery of units / spares by coordinating with Production & Warehouse.

9. Processing Order amendment, order cancellation & customer return order in SAP system.

10. To plan, organize and manage complete data from the coordination. To ensure proper disci

plined filing system for easy access.

11. To prepare and follow a SOP for coordination with all departments in the Co. , i.e. management, sales, service, stock, production, etc. Responsibility distribution with coordination colleagues
