Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally ERP, and a keen eye for accuracy in managing day-to-day financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, bills, and receipts.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
  • Support in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.
  • Help with month-end closing activities and financial statements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related queries.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Good working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
  • Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
