We are looking for a reliable and experienced Office Driver to support the daily operational needs of our Internet & IPTV service organization. The role involves safely transporting staff, handling office-related errands, assisting with field visits, and ensuring timely movement of materials and documents. The driver must be familiar with Coimbatore routes and traffic conditions, and capable of handling foreign-make automatic transmission vehicles with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

Safely drive company vehicles for staff movement, field visits, customer site travel, and office errands.

Ensure timely pickup and drop of employees, equipment, and documents as assigned.

Maintain the cleanliness, upkeep, and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle.

Monitor vehicle schedules, fuel usage, and service intervals; report issues promptly.

Follow all traffic regulations and company safety policies.

Support logistics and operational teams whenever required.

Maintain records of daily travel, mileage, and tasks completed.

Handle sensitive materials or company equipment with care and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional driving experience.

Valid Driving Licence for LMV.

Valid Batch Licence / Public Carrier Badge (mandatory).

Ability to operate foreign-make automatic transmission (auto gear) cars.

Familiarity with Coimbatore city routes, especially IT corridors, residential areas, and commercial zones.

Ability to read road signs and follow travel instructions accurately.

Must be able to communicate in Tamil.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates residing in or near Saravanampatti / Kallapatti.

Experience driving for corporate offices, executives, or service-based companies.

Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting (puncture handling, fluid check, etc.).

Good interpersonal behavior, punctuality, and discipline.

Ability to adapt to schedule changes and occasional extended working hours.

Skills Required

Safe and defensive driving skills.

Strong understanding of Coimbatore routes & shortcuts.

Basic vehicle maintenance awareness.

Professional conduct and customer-friendly attitude.

Time management and reliability.

Optional / Additional Requirements

Experience handling delivery of network equipment or IT-related materials.

Willingness to work on weekends or holidays when required.

Knowledge of using Google Maps or basic navigation apps.

Ability to maintain travel logs and basic documentation.
