Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in managing SEO strategies to improve website visibility, increase organic traffic, and boost search engine rankings across major platforms like Google and Bing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page & off-page).

Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.

Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structure.

Perform technical SEO audits and fix crawl issues, broken links, and site speed problems.

Create high-quality backlinks through white-hat link-building techniques.

Monitor daily performance metrics and prepare SEO reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.

Collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-friendly blog articles, landing pages, and web content.

Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Analyze website performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance ranking and traffic.

Work closely with web developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.

2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house team).

Proficient with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz.

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Familiar with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO best practices.

Experience with paid search (Google Ads) is a plus.

Basic knowledge of schema markup and structured data.

Google Analytics Certification or HubSpot/SEMrush certifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
