Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician ( Female) to join our team. The Laser Technician is responsible for performing various aesthetic laser and light-based skin treatments under the guidance of a certified dermatologist or aesthetic doctor. The role involves assessing client needs, operating laser equipment safely, maintaining treatment records, and ensuring excellent client care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct laser treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct skin assessments and patch tests prior to laser procedures.
  • Prepare clients for treatment and explain procedure details, benefits, and post-care instructions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments administered, including client progress and any follow-up care required.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the treatment area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance client experiences. Perform laser and light-based treatments such as laser hair reduction, laser toning, tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation, and pigmentation treatments.
  • Maintain accurate client treatment records and update progress regularly.
  • Assist the doctor during procedures when required.
  • Manage consumables and maintain inventory for laser and skincare treatments.
  • Follow all clinic safety, sterilization, and infection control standards.
  • Attend regular training sessions and stay updated on the latest technologies and techniques.
  • Provide pre- and post-treatment support and guidance to clients for optimal results.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Cosmetology, Aesthetic Science, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Certified training in Laser Aesthetic Procedures (required).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in laser treatments (preferred).
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends and technologies.
  • Good understanding of skin types, laser parameters, and contraindications..
  • Attention to detail, professionalism, and client-focused attitude.
