Position:- Data Analyst

Experience- 4-6 years

Location- Pune(WFO)

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and manage marketing and CRM campaigns using structured data.

Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.

Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to define campaign objectives, audience segmentation, and performance KPIs.

Develop campaign dashboards and reports to track key metrics and business impact.

Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess effectiveness, ROI, and provide actionable insights.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all campaign-related datasets.

Work with data engineering and BI teams to automate recurring processes and reporting pipelines.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

Strong proficiency in SQL (window functions, CTEs, joins, aggregations).

Hands-on experience with campaign management platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Iterable, etc.).

Deep understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign lifecycle.

Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Solid understanding of marketing funnels, CRM, retention, and customer journeys.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
