We are seeking highly experienced SMEs to support Telecom IT B2B deliveries and program

initiatives. The role involves end-to-end solution design, deep technical and domain

expertise, and proactive collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Candidates must have

strong knowledge of telecom IT systems, integration patterns, and implementation best

practices in area of ITSM, product/service inventories, Catalog management, CLM and

BSS technical expert who is good in Service Assurance and Delivery, worked across multiple systems and understands integration, data modelling etc. SN platform knowledge at high level is ok (what is the functionality etc)

Detailed Role Expectations:

• Deliver E2E solution designs that serve as actionable input for development teams,

ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles & set standards.

• Work closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, and cross-functional

teams to define target solutions. (provide overarching support to development

teams and proactively support in finding mitigations as applicable)

• Conduct as-is analysis, identify gaps, and validate findings with stakeholders for

solution reviews.

• Perform self-driven exploration of existing systems and processes to support

solution alignment.

• Share best practices, industry standards, and domain insights best implementation

approach
