Package: 28k - 30k (Negotiable based on skills)
About the Role:
We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Executives who are eager to build their careers in
industrial and B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new client
relationships, understanding customer requirements, and promoting the company's products
and services effectively. This role offers excellent exposure, structured training, and growth
opportunities in a professional environment.
Qualifications:
● BBA or MBA from a reputed college
● B.Tech (Mechanical) candidates are also encouraged to apply
Key Skills Required:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
● Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic market environment
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Present company products/services to prospective customers
● Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
● Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction
● Participate in training sessions and continuous learning programs
● Maintain sales reports, client data, and regular follow-ups
● Support senior sales team members during field visits and client meetings
Training & Development:
● Initial 2–3 months of in-house training to understand product, sales process, and
market approach
● Post-training, candidates will work on field assignments with senior mentors for
practical exposure
