Accounts/Finance Manager

Financial Management:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll and payroll related compliance, and general ledger.
- Prepare & present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to senior management
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and cash forecasting.
- Manage budgeting processes and support cross functional departmental budget planning.
Accounting & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and local tax regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate filling of all GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C etc)
- Handle GST audits, assessments, and departmental notices
- Ensure timely and accurate filling of income tax returns
- Manage statutory, Tax audits, assessments and ensure to respond within the time limit.
- Strong knowledge of transfer pricing compliance and documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate filling of forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (e.g, MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-3 KYC etc)
- Ensure timely and accurate filling with RBI (e.g, FLA return, FC-TRS etc)
- Maintain documentation and records for all FEMA-related transactions
- Coordinate both internal and external audits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Strategic Support:
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior management on financial planning and risk management.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Ad hoc projects & analysis as needed
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
- Ensure continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
- Train staff on financial systems and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10–15 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g. NetSuite, Tally etc).
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
