  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cafeteria/restaurant/hospitality management or similar role.

Roles

  • Supervise and manage daily cafeteria operations.
  • Ensure quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain stock, staff, and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management
  • Oversee day-to-day cafeteria functioning (food preparation, serving, and cleaning).
  • Ensure timely opening/closing of cafeteria.
  • Monitor staff attendance and allocate duties.
  • Food Quality & Hygiene
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Regularly check food taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Enforce hygiene and sanitation protocols.
  • Inventory & Procurement
  • Manage stock of raw materials, consumables, and kitchen equipment.
  • Place purchase orders and control wastage.
  • Ensure proper storage and stock rotation.
  • Staff Supervision
  • Train and guide cafeteria staff.
  • Monitor staff discipline and performance.
  • Schedule shifts and allocate manpower.
  • Finance & Reporting
  • Maintain daily sales, expenses, and consumption reports.
  • Ensure correct billing and cash handling.
  • Share regular reports with management.
  • Customer Service
  • Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
  • Ensure a pleasant and comfortable cafeteria environment.
  • Suggest and implement new menu items for variety.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI/health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain licenses and documentation.
  • Train staff in fire safety and emergency protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹19,000.00 per month
