To help us on this transformative charter we need an experienced product manager to join a talented

team of product managers engineers data scientists User Experience Designers As a Senior Product

Manager you will be at the forefront of landing exciting solutions that drive ease of doing business

value and create a seamless experience to our discerning and evergrowing user and partner base

You will have a unique opportunity to shape the modernization roadmap and leverage cloudatscale

and AIML to craft elegant solutions for every step of the customer and partner experience journey You

will have creative encounters with problems encompassing large product catalog recommendations

deal modelling user management etc

In this role you will own

Product planning and lifecycle management

Analyzing internal data demonstrating customer insights from surveys and NPS gathering

requirements from stakeholder interviews and advocates

Integrating customeruser voice research and analysis into product requirements to build rich

experiences

Responsibilities

Articulate justify and execute a compelling vision for Commerce experiences

Passionately represents customers their scenarios and priorities in all aspects of product

journey

Drive customer discussions and transform customer insights into product roadmaps that

empower customers to do more enhance usability and drives customer delight

Define and own the product roadmap priority and execution of Commerce Licensing

capabilities

Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and driving alignment with different stakeholders

Collaborate extensively with internal teams across the Commerce ecosystem to drive strategic

initiatives and feature work

Proven sense of high accountability and selfdrive to take on and seethrough big challenges

Drives engineering agility by enabling engineers to release and measure their changes rapidly

with high quality

Passion to lead from the front and influence others to follow with data and customer advocacy

Qualifications

Deep customer user empathy and ability to identify customer needs

Bachelors degree or higher in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience and

MBA from premium institute is preferred

10 years of software product management experience including at least 7 years designing

and building enterprise grade products and services

Strong interest in customerfacing products with experience in delivering UX transformation

Strong collaboration skills to impactinfluence engineering and partner teams

Keen sense of ownership drive and entrepreneurial mindset to build trust with internal and

externals stakeholders

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with leadership teams in product vision

Exceptional problem solving strategic thinking and technical acumen

Thrives in fastpaced dynamic and demanding environments looking for a challenge
