We are looking for a curious and proactive Digital Marketing Intern to join our agency team. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on exposure across campaigns, content, social media, SEO, and performance marketing. You'll work closely with our marketing strategists and account managers to execute real campaigns that drive results for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Support SEO efforts including keyword research, on-page optimization, and competitor analysis
  • Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts for clients across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Help with content creation (blogs, ad copies, emailers) aligned to campaign goals
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure creatives meet marketing requirements
  • Assist in monitoring analytics, preparing performance reports, and suggesting improvements
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices

Expected Outcomes

  • Learn how to execute and measure real-world marketing campaigns
  • Deliver consistent support to the team on client deliverables
  • Demonstrate ownership of smaller tasks (e.g., posting calendars, drafting reports)
  • Show growth in understanding of marketing funnels, KPIs, and conversion metrics

Tools you would work on

  • Google Analytics / GA4
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
  • SEO tools (Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, SEMrush – basic exposure)
  • Canva, Figma (for creatives & content adaptation)

Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Ads)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, and take initiative
